What are micro-credentials and which ones are available to students?

Micro-credentials and digital badges are increasingly understood by employers and tertiary institutions as an important way of communicating a person’s competence with a particular skill. At TSS, students earn both internal micro-credentials, including the core skills of Design Thinking, Project Management and Writing a Business Case, alongside external online micro-credentials such as:
• Social Media Marketing from Northwestern University via Corsera
• Social Entrepreneurship and Changemaking from HEC Paris via Corsera
• Microsoft Certification in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
