On behalf of the College Board, I am delighted to share the exciting news of the appointment of Mr Nick Jones as the sixth Principal of All Saints’ College and the second of The Studio School, commencing 5 January 2026.
An experienced and values-driven educational leader with more than 23 years of service in Anglican and independent schools, Nick is currently Principal of Cathedral College Wangaratta in Victoria where, since 2020, he has led significant growth in enrolments, strengthened governance, introduced innovative learning programs and guided their strategic and master planning. His previous leadership roles at John Wollaston Anglican Community School, Frederick Irwin Anglican School and Guildford Grammar School have also shaped his understanding of education in Western Australia.
Nick’s vision and values are closely aligned with those of ASC and TSS. He is committed to ensuring every student is known and supported, to building strong community and to enriching the Anglican identity at the heart of College and School life. A forward-thinking educator, Nick has collaborated with the University of Melbourne’s New Metrics program to embed contemporary, future-focused approaches to learning—an area in which ASC and TSS are deeply engaged. His insight and experience with New Metrics will be a valuable asset as both ASC and TSS continue to lead in reimagining how student growth and success are understood and celebrated.
When I announced earlier this year that Belinda Provis would be concluding her outstanding years of leadership at the College – almost 13 years of service to ASC – I assured our community that the Board would be meticulous and thoughtful in its search for her successor: someone with the character, experience and vision to consolidate the excellent work being done at ASC and TSS while carefully navigating the opportunities and challenges ahead. In appointing Nick as our Principal, we are confident we have found exactly that leader.
Nick says, “Under the exceptional leadership of Ms Belinda Provis, the College has established an outstanding reputation for innovation, inclusivity and excellent learning outcomes for its students. I will ensure that the core pillars on which the College and TSS have built their considerable success are maintained and further developed, while ensuring that both ASC and TSS continue to evolve and thrive as outstanding institutions.”
We warmly welcome Nick, his wife Jodie and their children Madeline (15) and Luke (13) back home to Western Australia, and we look forward to them joining our wonderful communities.
Over the remainder of 2025, there will be a thorough handover between Belinda and Nick to ensure a smooth transition and continuity for our students, staff and families. Nick is very much looking forward to formally meeting our community and to begin building on the proud 44-year legacy of All Saints’ College and the growing legacy of The Studio School. The future of both communities is bright and in great hands as we begin this next exciting chapter under Nick’s leadership.
