The Studio School Welcomes Two New Teacher-Facilitators

After a successful and exciting first year, The Studio School continues to grow and thrive and so does the team of talented staff.

The Studio School is pleased to welcome two new Teacher-Facilitators in the new year: Andrew Nowrojee and Nathaniel Yow.

Familiar with the creative hub of Fremantle, Andrew Nowrojee comes to The Studio School from John Curtin College of the Arts where he has been employed in their Drama Department for the past five years. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film and TV Writing and Directing, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Advertising, and a Grad. Dip. Ed. in Media and English.

Nathaniel Yow has been employed at Mercedes College since 2015 and, since 2020, has held the role of Head of Inclusive Education, responsible for the leadership of a team that delivers teaching and learning activities that meet the learning needs of all students. Nathaniel is currently completing his Masters of Education (Learning Difficulties) at Curtin University, following the achievement of his Bachelor of Secondary Education (History and IT). Staff and students look forward to the expertise and knowledge Andrew and Nathaniel will bring to the community.

The students and staff moved into their dedicated campus in the heart of WA’s creative mecca – Fremantle – earlier this year and the creative space, designed to enhance learning and collaboration, has become a bustling and lively campus.

Created by All Saints’ College, The Studio School takes inspiration from co-working spaces popular in the creative industries. Designed to encourage co-working and inspire creativity, The Studio School is centred on creating personalised pathways for each individual student.
