Where Are They Now? Life After TSS

After graduating from The Studio School in 2024, Boab stepped into a mix of study and hands-on work, beginning a Bachelor of Commerce at Curtin University while working with Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont.

Since then, his path has evolved. After gaining real-world experience in property, Boab made the decision to pause university and explore new directions. He now runs his own pointer sign operations for multiple agents, managing the placement and logistics of directional signage for home open campaigns.

Alongside this, he's also been exploring DJing as a creative outlet, with hopes of performing at events in the future.

Building Confidence and Independence

Reflecting on his time at TSS, Boab credits the school with helping him develop the confidence to take initiative and carve out his own path.

“TSS played a big role in building my independence and confidence,” he shared. “The environment encouraged taking initiative and managing your own time, which has translated really well into working life.”

Memories That Last

For Boab, it was the sense of community, the relationships, and the everyday moments that made his experience at TSS.

“My time at TSS will always have a special place in my heart. It wasn’t just the school side of things, it was everything around it. The people, the atmosphere, and just how enjoyable it all was.”

He reflects fondly on the friendships he built, many of which continue today.

Looking Ahead

Looking ahead, Boab is considering a return to Curtin University in Semester 2, with a shift towards a more entrepreneurial pathway that aligns with his growing interest in business ownership and independence.

“I know I want to be in a position where I’m running my own operations and taking control of what I’m building,” he said.

For now, his focus is on gaining experience, staying open to opportunities, and building a skillset that supports flexibility and long-term growth. His goal is to create something that is both personally fulfilling and financially sustainable.

Advice for Current Students

“Don’t put too much pressure on yourself to have everything figured out straight after school.”
